Work on backing plate screws needed
Only problem is the threads in the pump that the screws that hold the backing plate in position screw into need to have been countersunk to allow the screws to tighten the plate to water pump body securely without bottoming out. I have had to purchase a countersink bit and sort it myself to ensure a perfect tight seal with the gasket.
