Less than 40 hours, multiple issues, bad tube

Either this machine comes with extremely poor quality tube or we received with defective tube.
With less than 40 hours use, we began having issues with poor cutting: circles looked like jagged teardrops, no straight line cutting. Wouldn't cut through anything thicker than 3/32, no matter what power setting we used. At this point, customer service was great, sending videos with possible causes and how to correct.
We were able to get aligned, but, and this was HUGE, laser quit cutting within 5 minutes. Customer service response was that the tube was out and, since this is a consumable part, it is not covered under warranty.
So, we purchased at what appeared to be a good price, but will be spending $600+ for a new tube.
This dropped our 5 stars to a ZERO, but a one is the lowest review I can leave,

I was using this within 2 hours of getting it in the desired location.
Well palletized. Shipped and arrived quickly.
Bought another brand originally from a well known supplier of equipment for miniaturists and it was inaccurate, arrived broken and had smaller cutting area. And the price was higher.
Very accurate cutting.
You have to convert machine to English, and need to Google how to do it. Very simple.
It took longer to install Coreldraw than it did to set up the machine.
Can't speak to cutting anything thicker than 1/4", as I haven't had the need.
I have cut acrylic, chipboard and wood. Have also used it to engrave on wood.
Cons:
This will not work with CorelDraw 8, which I already owned. But, upon contacting Corel, they gave me a fully registered copy of Coreldraw 7 at no charge.
We had to separate legs from machine to get into the room and had to Google how to do so because the manual wasn't really clear on how to do it.
The fan is incredibly LOUD!!
