Vitamin A is too high. Otherwise it would be great.

The problem with multivitamins is to avoid overdose(in my case, do not take alongside with pumpkin seed oil (because it already has Vitamins A,E,Zinc). Most vitamins have excess percentages of dv. Doc says body only absorbs 25%. Excess dosages: It will cause headaches, uncontrollable occipital pain stress. I notice these cease when I stop consuming vitamins for a couple days. Its either that or ceasing msg or sodium benzoate. On its own, this multivitamin has Vit. A exceeding 100% by 60+%, so zinc isnt really the culprit here. B2 Riboflavin but not as serious as an excess in b6, d3, E,Zinc,A, or pantothenic acid.
