    I was extremely pleased with this seller. The shipping was fast and direct. However, I did not need the item again. The seller showed me exactly how to get the refund and return the product. I was highly pleased on how the seller despite not getting the sale again was involved in me getting the refund. They also sent me an update when the refund was made and expedited everything. Never had to wait for anything! Fast, efficient and excellent service!! I would purchase again for sure!

    I received eBay offer which I accepted and paid immediately. Seller later then cancelled order claiming something was wrong with delivery address. I have been an eBay buyer with the same delivery address for over a couple decades without any issues. I've made many purchases in the last several months without address issues either. After cancellation I noticed the same listing is live and seller changed free shipping to now having a shipping fee. Seller lied about address to avoid eBay penalties.

    I had a problem with the shipping label, as it had the wrong return address for this item. Not only that, but the cost of shipping was too high for me to justify sending this item to the seller s address. I only had 2 options for reasons to cancel this order from ebay and the only one that made sense was that I had a problem with the buyer's address, since I did indeed have a problem with their address. I did not lie about cancelling the order and I do not deserve this kind of negative feedback.

It's a good mouse. I don't like the scroll wheel as much as the original MX518, which it replaced. The presets, higher dpi, and the light weight cable make up for the crunchy scroll wheel.
