Ordered a laptop. Seller let me know before dispatch that there was a problem with it and offered an alternative. I asked for a refund which was processed within 24 hours. Spoke with the seller via phone also. Nice person with a well established business. I was rude to him as annoyed about the laptop and he was very professional- the better person in our interaction for sure. Thank you and apologies again.

I’m an assh**le. I should never have left this feedback for this seller. I was just worried I had been scammed when it actually turned out that the seller had tried to refund me but there was a glitch (confirmed by eBay rep to me on phone). Wish I could change the feedback on here as the seller is actually a really nice person and is clearly not a scammer. I have now received notification of the refund and have apologised to seller for being an idiot.
