    iSSCX was not sure which encoder strip to provide. So to be safe, they sent me 2 types of encoders at no extra cost to me. That was super nice of them! Even though one encoder was too long and the other had a very slight bend in it. The company did everything to help and provided me with fast responses. At the end they just returned a full refund and I didn't even ask for it. Because I wanted to try some rig jobs to see if I can make it work. They are very big on their reputation and quality.
