Work perfectly. But, it is seller refurbished one rather than used?
I bought 2 of them for using with a lenovo Thinkstation D20 motherboard.
When I checked capacitors and pads of the processors, I found dregs of solder paste, which had been used for repair the chips.
Except this cosmetic matter, the processors are working perfectly even with my load test.
These are very good items for the price.

Compact, high performance cooler. But interference with high profile DIMMs
2 of 2 found this helpful I used this cooler with Supermicro LGA2011 dual motherboard with ATX form factor. Because the distance between CPU sockets and the nearest DIMM slots are very narrow in this type of motherboards, there are no clearance for DIMM with heatsink. I didn't experienced such interference with other side-flow CPU coolers with 120mm fan.
Installation is easy comparing to other 120mm fan coolers, thank cooler master's lever retention mechanism.
The cooling performance is good. I can use two Xeon E5-2670 without any problems.
I cannot comment about sound, because I used this cooler in noisy server room,

Complete package and it works reliably
There are no lacking parts in the package. CPU itself, cooler and clamshell.
I have tested the CPU with my own stress test for 24 hours, and it works very reliably.
