Compact, Full of Features..... but complicated to use !
I bought this with a view to progressing from traditional scanning to trunk scanning.... Oh Boy ! The manual that comes from Uniden is...... less than helpful.... if you're a relative newbie. I spent several days trying to program this manually.... and failed - and I would consider myself to be computer literate. However, once i floated around a few of the scanning sites on tinternet, i was redirected to software that you can simply 'copy and paste' the frequencies etc etc, and this made it a lot simpler... Yes..its a very good radio....Yes it is good value for money.... No it is not for beginners.... get the software !!

Paper thin and not worth the money.
When you see the item online it appears to be a standard looking tank pad..... however... it is very thin and i'm not sure at how 'protective' this will be.
