  Wrong item sent. Contacted seller and was told it was a gift and the correct item would be sent. A second package came but this too was the incorrect item. Contacted seller and didn't get a quick reply so contacted eBay. Then seller wanted me to close the dispute before they would do anything. Hesitant because you cannot reopen if buyer closes dispute but did anyways. Seller then took their time but eventually refunded the money and told me to keep incorrect items.
