Better than expected
1 of 1 found this helpful Radios had better range than expected. I tested the range from inside a large house to a position outside in a densely populated urban area and had clear communication for more than 1/2 mile (i.e. several blocks with no clear line of sight). Only con is, regardless of sensitivity setting, the iVOX without a headset only worked randomly with surrounding wind/traffic/people noise (headsets are included which will solve the problem if you are willing to wear them).

Effectively new replacement part for 1/3 the cost
Looks and Functions as brand new. Arrived early and was an exact original equipment replacement for 1/3 the cost. My old dispenser board went crazy and started shooting water/ice everywhere on its own (would have been a disaster had I not happened to witness it when it started). Pulled the old one out and replaced it with this one. Everything is working fine now. If I ever need any other parts, I will come back here first...
