  Item was as described. I ordered 2 at the same time from the same store. They shipped separately and messaged me that they shipped second. I guess there isn’t a way for them to send 2 tracking numbers, but the one without a tracking number came 2 days after the one with a tracking number. It just made me nervous. Technically, it’s marked as new (other) which it isn’t. It was refurbished. The description did state that at the top though.

  Unfortunately the item was not packaged properly. Instead of packing the microwave glass in its proper place, it was shipped inside the microwave itself. This resulted in the microwave ring being broken. The ring was not taped securely in place. That being said. I informed seller via email and sent pictures showing how item arrived and different stages of unpacking. The seller PROVIDED AN IMMEDIATE REFUND. If an item I needed was being sold by this seller. I would give them another chance.

  The advertised product was described as an "open box". when item was received it was in a box that stated it was refurbished. Open box does not equal refirbished. Upon investigating, I determined that the unit sold as open box was actually at least 3 years old. I contacted the seller to explain the problem and was told that they had to refer the complaint to another department and I would receive a call back. No call back. MY ADVICE, RUN FROM THIS SELLER

  Super fast delivery but Item not packaged well and box had REFURBISHED written all over it. Item description said NEW? Sent message to seller about refurbished item received. No response back from seller. Checked other seller's items and others clearly described as REFURBISHED. But my item was not listed as such. Not honest advertising and non-response just not good Ebay business practice. Item seems to be working so far or I would have given a negative review. Just be honest.

  Well sadly it got here but was damaged. They saw pictures and issued a refund.. there is not another offered at that price to replace it.. so out time and waiting to see if they get another.. I asked that they contact me when one comes in.. I received "put it on your watch list". Well there are some listed but for more .. I will do business with this company again and recommend them. But I still don't have a microwave ��
