  Made purchase on 11/7 item is still in preshipment as of 11/18. Haven’t gotten a response since 11/14 seller claimed item was at post office which is untrue, it is still in his possession, after more than 10 days I have contacted the seller several times since then with no reply. I just want the item to be shipped, I do not want to have to make a refund. I have lost almost all of my trust for the seller within my first purchase.
