As expected--no complaints!
No issues with shipping or the product it'self. This model is extremely powerful for the size. The only thing I would say negatively is that Ridgid should have design it with a handle on the top. If you're buying this for car detailing then it's perfect, although I would recommend buying the professional 1-7/8 hose and your accessories separately because the car detailing kit comes with a smaller hose diameter that whistles extremely loud and you'll lose suction power.
