it sucks
it does not fit the shark

had for 2weeks, stopped working, always read Error, can not reset, called itronics
itronics never called back. gave automated suggetions on how to correct
problems, none have worked. It was great when it worked now it us just a piece of crap laying around. Total waste of money.
I, am beginning to wonder if i was not sold a used or refurbished unit, of which
i woukd never buy
