Kenwood MG700 Power Mincer 2000watt Brushed Metal Mincer

Excellent mincer and compact for home use.

I have had one of these for some years and it works very well for both coarse and fine mincing, mostly being used for venison and pig meat. When we make salamis it usually minces some 60 kg of pig meat each time. I bought this one for my neighbour who asked me to get one for him after he had borrowed mine. It is easy to remove the moving parts for cleaning. The only thing I take some issue with is that it is advertised as having a 2000 watt motor but the label under the machine says 850 watts which is the same as my older one. In any case it still works well. The cutter blade and other parts are of very good quality.

Much better than curtains

The blind works well. It is easy to roll up and down and appears to be of good quality. It fits well on the 622mm door and provides the necessary privacy. The fitting instructions were okay but while it recommends marking the door with pencil for the location of the brackets, the problem I had was that my door is black and so are most pencils. I also bought 2 clips to hold the bottom of the blind when it is in the down position. A good idea is to fit one bracket and lower the blind so it covers the window exactly in order to get the right position for the other bracket.
