Better than original reservoir
This seems sturdier and heavier than the original reservoir it replaces. From reading online Land Rover forums, I found that my split seam between top and bottom portions of the original tank is a fairly well-known issue. I had lost a fair amount of coolant on several occasions due to the split, and this new tank cures that problem nicely. Recently I even overheated (due to some other problem I have), but the extra pressure was contained without any coolant loss. This tank comes with a press-on (unthreaded) cap, and I'm not sure how useful it is, but I just substituted my old screw-on cap which is a correct fit for the threaded neck.
One relatively minor issue I had is that the molded holes in the reservoir where it attaches to the bracket on my '98 Discovery are just a little too far apart. I had to flex the metal bracket so that the studs could spread out to fit both holes. I almost used my drill to expand one of the holes inward, but then realized that even this modest modification might make it unreturnable. Now I'll be comfortable making that simple change, and it's not enough to take off a star in this review. Anyway, I consider this to be a very good value, sturdier than the original and also superior by being translucent rather than black plastic like the original -- coolant level in the tank should always be visible without having to remove the pressure cap. Why Land Rover made their original plastic tank opaque is a real mystery to me.

Handles the largest TP roll I could find
This holder handles the largest roll I could find at the grocery store. Northern Quilted Mega, each roll being the claimed equivalent of 4 standard rolls, fits into this Delta holder without problem. That was my primary criterion for finding a satisfactory recessed TP holder, and if you read other reviews you'll see that not all holders are large enough for the biggest rolls.
There are two ways to install this holder, either with solid wood backing behind the holder or with a metal clamp that extends both above and below the holder inside the wall and holds it tightly to the drywall. That clamp is not included but can be purchased for around 5 or 6 bucks. One review I saw said that the Franklin Brass 600R Mounting Bracket is a dead ringer for the Delta clamp, and Franklin Brass is more widely available in this product category. I didn't get a clamp because I'm remodeling and planning on installing a wood bracket inside the wall before I hang the drywall and install the holder.
