Very nostalgic!

Good product, but has quirks.
I, too, had a problem with the ink smearing on my disks. Finally I figured out that the disk was slipping... er, not keeping up with the spin speed of the machine. I put down a very small piece of doubles-stick tape on the turn table. Problem solved. No more smearing. I have since made about 2,000 disks.
