  Contacted seller numerous times when the shipment was delayed/not received. He continued to tell me to be patient/wait. Ebay actually gave me a full refund without me having to go through the normal process I believe because of seller notes accusing me of asking for a refund to get item free. Poor customer service.

  This is not true! I responded to the buyer some mail has been very slow, could you wait a few more days. Buyer replied, I will go ahead and report to eBay. Then I requested a full refund through eBay. Refund request did NOT come from buyer, but from me "seller" with 100 percent feedback. Item was delivered to buyer then I get negative rating and they get my item for free. This is wrong and I expect to have my negative deleted. I expect eBay to be fair in this unfair issue.
