When I opened it, there was so much separated bluish water coming out instead of cream! I squeezed half of the bottle. It's not safe to use such product.

Good, but had side effects
7 of 13 found this helpful Do not consume Creatine, if you have a sensitive stomach or had GI issues before. I assume this product is good for someone, it's well made, but for me it did not work - had stomach discomfort even with smaller dose and no energy increase. Besides, it's better to read scientific studies before rushing into trendy sports supplements. I have not found legit proof, that this stuff is really working.
