Replacement screen
The screen came packaged well and on time. It looked new and fit exactly how I needed it to. It was a replacement for a touchscreen Q505U Asus.
The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because I don’t think it’s the same quality as the original Asus screen. I don’t know how to actually test it for certain, but before, you could take a picture of the computer powered on and it came out perfect. With the replacement, when you take a picture of it, it’s all lined and blurry. This to me means the refresh rate isn’t as good. This is what happens with an older Windows 7 laptop I have.
Who knows nowadays with all these copy cat manufacturers taking short cuts. The important thing is that it works and I replaced it myself for less than $200 instead of the $400 I was quoted by the geeks.
