Research paid off
1 of 1 found this helpful I researched electric toothbrushes for a couple hours and came back to this one again and again. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some other, high priced items. But since I owned a Sonicare previously, I know the features this brush has are more than enough. I don't have any complaints so far... the only thing I would like it to do that it doesn't is shut off after the 4 30-second intervals; you have to turn it off. So sometimes I forget how long I've been brushing. But I'm getting used to that now so not a biggie

Fine product, issues with shipping
Fine, but first shipment came in an empty box. Took a long time to get a replacement and the box was totally open at one end. Surprised the box wasn’t empty too.
