Very thin glass on this model so make sure any home brew has fully stopped brewing to avoid any breakages

great item works as any blackberry should
only one flaw for me when texting i like to see full message on screen as i am filling it in but it is only in a small bubble at bottom screen.
on other blackberries you can text on a new line pressing a button on keypad but on the 8520 if you do this then it sends the message before you finish your text.
for some reason it doesnt come with a holster as other balckberries do so i had to buy one seperatly at a cost
