Works fine but adapter end takes up lots of space
The mini-plug/adapter end takes up alot of space I had not realized. There's no way to remove the non-used mini-plugs. I had to cut a hole in my curio cabinet larger to fit this through compared to the radio shack version. Sadly the correct amp/volt model i needed was no available at RS or other sources. Works fine, but if you are hiding wiring you may wind up cutting larger holes. Also your device will have the bulky end hanging out from it.

Work great for LED Light Strips
Work perfectly with wires used to connect LED light strips. Makes T-connections easy for going up or below kitchen cabinets. Does require crimping using pliers and some fiddling but work well once snapped in place.

Slots are too deep and causes guitar string to rub against frets
Size was good. But the individual string slots were too deep. Once installed, the strings rubbed against the frets.
Also this is a plastic extruded piece that is hollow on the inside. So any sanding to adjust for height, etc will compromise the integrity.
I just ordered another solid bone, 12 string nut and am hopeful I will be able to use.
I wasted 1.5 hours undoing my strings and another 1.5 trying to adjust/lift this piece with no satisfactory result.
