Sews smoothly, feels solid, more features than I will use
My daughter has this machine so I already knew it would be a good fit. It has many quilting features that I will likely never use as I sew mostly clothing. I would have preferred to have embroidery rather than the quilting but again, I don't embroider often enough for this to be an issue. Because there is a newer model out this price was about 1/2 of the cost of the next model up. What I didn't think about was how much more this machine weighed so I can't move it as easily when I want to use my serger like I could with my old machine. It is also higher than my old machine so I may want to find a sewing table that it can be mounted into to flatten that out. I am very happy with my purchase.
