Some differences
The width of the retaining clamp on the item I received is 21cm, not 16 and it is retained by four screws, not two. Still, it will work fine for what I need.

A joy to shoot with.
One of the biggest problems for me at the range is getting a good sight picture while wearing bifocals. This eliminated that problem with my Sig by allowing me to mount a TRS-25 red dot. It makes aiming virtually effortless. Sure, it adds more weight but the gun is mostly polymer anyhow. I just love shooting that gun now.

No disassembly required.
If you go to the hardware store and get some longer 4mm x 0.7 screws (about 1"), you won't need to remove the fore grip to install this. Simply slip the nuts into the slot, turn 1/4 turn, and pull toward you while tightening.
