He communicated with me when my Ipod arrived, when it was fixed, when it was shipped back, and even when it was delayed by the USPS, even though he had no control over that end. He even shipped it back in the jewelry box I shipped it in! My friends want him to start replacing BlackBerry batteries. Can't say enough good about this seller!
