Nice device with flexible options.
These work well. Didn't come with instructions but here is what I figured out:
There is a small programming button on the circuit board inside the receiver.
To program a different remote: Press and hold the programming button until the LED turns on, then press a button on the new remote. (The included remotes are already programmed though)
The unit comes setup so you press a button on the remote, A or B, the corresponding relay closes, press the button again and the relay opens. (they are single pole double throw by the way)
To change this so the relay closes only while a remote button is being pressed: Press and hold the programming button, the LED will turn on but keep holding the button down, the LED will go out then blink once, then it will blink twice and release the programming button.
Or if you want remote button A to close the relay and button B to open it, follow the instruction above but allow the LED to blink three times.

Versatile with one tweek needed.
This comes in two parts. The outer part is basically a standard 12v powerpoint, like a cigarette lighter port. A separate insert contains the USB ports. So, if you need to power a device that has a regular 12v power plug, just remove the USB insert!
One minor issue: the USB insert is a bit short and does not reach the positive terminal of the power point so they have a small magnetic bushing installed on the insert's positive terminal. This bushing kept falling out of place. To fix this, I installed a piece of heat shrink tubing over the bushing and onto the insert's positive terminal to hold them together.
