I want to thank DBROTH for taking VERY good care of me & for the wonderful communication on the phone.

The first keyboard came with two "A" buttons, the second "A" button was where the "Z" button should have been even though it still typed as an "Z" on the computer screen. I called DBROTH & spoke with a VERY fine gentleman who was VERY concerned about the doubled "A"s situation. The replacement keyboard came in today & it is working great. I highly recommend this wonderful keyboard as it beautiful in appearance & we are loving the different L.E.D. color choices that makes viewing the keyboard VERY easy on the eyes for everybody. My personal rating for the keyboard is an easy 5-stars for the price, looks, & performance, however I give the staff of DBROTH a well beyond 5-stars rating because they REALLY care about the customer's happiness & satisfaction.
