Only two problems with the motherboard
First of all, don't believe in other reviews that say this board is not for overclockers. I read those reviews and still risked and bought the item, but I was not disappointed at all. This board let me overclock my FX-6300 at 4GHz with just 1.3 volts. I just didn't go any further because my cooler isn't that "cool", but I'm pretty sure I could go even beyond 4GHz if I had a better cooling solution. That being said, there are two main problems that this board has. First of all, the northbridge (chipset) keeps getting pretty hot. You can even feel the high temperature just by touching the heatsink. But there are many little tiny heatsinks with fans on sale out there and you can easily cool the northbridge down (I bought one for a couple of dollars too and currently I'm waiting for it to arrive). And the second problem is the fact that there is no header on motherboard for the front panel USB 3 ports. That issue can be solved either by using Front USB3 to USB2 convertor (causing speed drops) or by routing front panel connectors to the rear USB3 ports with some adapters and USB3 cables (using front ports as kind of extensions of the rear ports). Anyway, those are the only issues the board has. Other than that, the item is great and performs pretty well too. Yes, there are tons of motherboards, that will outperform this one in many ways, but considering the performace you're getting for the price, this is an awesome board. The possibility of having two graphics cards is a great advantage of the board over all the other boards of same price range. And also, having the 9xx series chipset is awesome as well, while some AM3+ boards of same price range have 7xx chipsets. Overall 4/5 points to the board, just because of those two issues stated above. I would've given it 5/5 if not those things.
