Cassey Ho Pop Pilates Total Body Workout Fitness exercise DVD

This is the best Pilates DVDs I have found. There's a bonus excercise card in the case and access to her YouTube videos but the DVDs superior.

Cassey has a unique was of engaging her audience. She keeps me on track while ensuring I'm using the correct muscle group by reminding me to check my position and correct body alignment. Just when I'm about to give up, she makes me laugh, this distracts me enough to remain motivated and complete the activities. I look forward to completing the routine and already I'm feeling and seeing results.
