Excellent book for anyone interested in real estate investing.
I am someone who benefited greatly from this book, using its wisdom to purchase a small portfolio of rental properties. I have read about 12-15 books on the subject over the years, and this is one of my favorites. Very clear, great ideas, and a great approach to real estate. I purchased this copy for my nephew, who showed an interest in the subject.
