Beautifully made, effective, versatile and safe
1 of 1 found this helpful The primary feature is that with this wrench, the more pressure you apply, the tighter it grips, greatly reducing the chance of the tool slipping off or damaging the flats of the fastening.
Secondly, because the jaws are spring-loaded, the wrench can be slipped back around the flats to resemble a ratchet, without having to set or adjust anything, which is very handy.
Given these advantages over a conventional adjustable wrench, I can't see myself ever using one again if I have one of these Wera wrenches to hand.
Given the price, the construction and finish are what you would expect and will give long service. A lovely tool that adds something very worthwhile to your armoury.

Smooth acting switch
Very nice, smooth action, low contact resistance and solid build. All 5 switches the same.

Should be in every toolbox
The broad range of voltages detected makes it suitable for all installations and the selectable audible alert is a great safety feature, as is the bright lamp. The probe is very sensitive and selective, discriminating between conductors that are close together. It's well made - typical Fluke.
