  Dear valued customer, I understand your grievance with the time you have waited to receive your item but this was totally out of my hands. You ordered your item on the 12th of June, and i shortly thereafter sent your parcel on the 14th and provided tracking via USPS. At that point, my job was done and the situation was totally out of my hands. I kindly ask you reconsider your negative feedback as I did the best I could to provide fast service, and you have received a refund for the lost items.
