    There was a little mishap with the tracking number given by eBay being wrong, and a delay in shipment due to this I'd imagine, but nothing that was the seller's fault. Seller was kind and kept an open communication until the item arrived. Great seller!

    Half of the order arrived broken. When I contacted the seller, I was told: "Oh, man. They never handle anything with care." I guess the layer of bubble wrap isn't going to do much when you pack glass and metal next to each other in plastic envelopes.
