This mug doesn't last as long as it is supposed to for sure and it was wonky to get it to charge and set up with the app, I ended up having to do a factory reset but I did get it working, it works kind of for maybe an hour with keeping the top on and it definitely doesn't heat to the desired temp like my Ember Mug2 with no lid but it is ok. It doesn't bother me enough to try to send it back. I would have opted for the Travel Mug2 if I had a do over.
