MFJ 4230MVP 30 AMP Switching Power Supply With Meter, 4-16 Volts & Powerpoles

First week of use gives excelent impression.

Drives my Icon ic 718 Ok and my IC 701 better. It is quiet and does not overheat, at 20 amps anyway. The voltage was set slightly low at the preset knob detent and I have to bump it up slightly. You must be sure that there is a tight connection to the output terminals of the power supply or you will not get the full output. I did not find instructions describing how to install the Anderson Power Pole connectors. I suggest you watch Yuotube before installing them, So far I am very happy with the unit. And it is soooo small.
