When I opened the box I couldn't recognize that whether it was brand new or refurbished if I didn't see the USB charging cable. Metal casing of the USB charging cable seems to be used so I could recognized it is surely refurbished product. But the box is identically same with brand new. I use this keyboard with my iPhone 5. Connectivity is good enough to use, compatibility has been proved with windows 10 based laptops, battery life is also enough. Typo and typing speed are no longer serious problem since I have this keyboard. I recommend this keyboard.
