A no nonsense practical guide to the establishment of a business!
The book essentially explains in no nonsense terms what are the necessary steps to legally establish your business. It goes into great detail about the appropriate steps, forms, and rules. Then it provides a break down of the different forms of business organizations from sole proprietors to large traded corporations and list pros and cons. It lists many general rules and concerns including taxation, the Uniform Commercial Code, and law suits. It's a great book for a Paralegal Studies, Business, or entrepreneur.

BLack Lagoon is a high quality classic work of animee enjoyable for all.
2 of 2 found this helpful Black Lagoon is one of the few animee series featuring an African American lead character and boss. It is also one of several animee series, which back stories pull from and references real people, places, and events. The characters are complex, emotionally driven, and have great depth. It's a believable entertaining action adventure drama that touches on real morale and ethical delima surrounding friendship and work. A great series for those interested in police investigations, military action, black ops, or subversion.

Creative and original! A must for Doctor Who and SyFi fans...
This is a creative and original SyFi series, which features the charismatic and charming CAPT Jack from the Doctor Who series. This series allows you to fill in gaps of time in the Doctor Who series and gain a fuller understanding and awareness of all events and characters. The inter relational complexities of the characters bring pleasant humor and a realness to the forefront, with current social issues. However, the fictional settings are sometimes hokey and illustrative to B rated films. It's a stand out in it's genre and one for the fans, but new viewers may need to review Doctor Who, before gaining a true understanding and following along.
