Instant pain relief from plantar fasciitis
I had plantar fasciitis in my right foot. The pain was so intense that I could just barely walk and even then I had to walk on my heel. I had it for 2 or 3 months when I found out about these Dr Scholls Orthotic inserts. I was able to find a retailer that sold them and the store had a "scanner" that I stood on while it made all types of measurements and then it recommended that I use the 440. I bought a pair and immediately put them in the shoes that I was wearing at the moment. It only took a minute or so to install them into the shoes. The relief was pretty much instantaneous. Within 20 minutes, practically all pain was gone and I was able to walk normally without pain. I will usually get a year or so out of a pair before they wear out if it is in shoes that I wear almost every day. These inserts really worked for me.
