Great as a sleep aid

I like it for the most part. It does everything I need it to: warm and dim light at night, and scheduled to gradually brighten before my morning alarm. However, certain color/brightness settings will cause a subtle flickering. I don't know if this is normal or bc my bulb is faulty. It is definitely noticeable and bothers me enough that I never use those settings. It also means I can't use the circadian setting, since it cycles through settings that cause flickering.
