    Seller sold the Fellowes shredder as new, it was clearly very used. It had paper and plastic in the blades, very dirty and the interior packaging was falling apart. No way that the seller actually thought this was new. Seller offered a ridiculous partial refund. Had a difficult time setting up return, seller would not respond to my messages to arrange return. Had to get help from ebay to return the item. Do not recommend.
