Better than expected
I found the plastic grip to be quite thick and sturdy, you can't run over it with your car but it definitely did not feel flimsy or cheap. I am a transcriptionist and have had a swollen joint on my mouse finger. This product significantly reduced the swelling there. It caused a little bit of discomfort during use, but I think that is just working out the toxins, kind of like a deep tissue massage would be for sore muscles. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who types for a living. The metal rings feel like the equivalent of a backscratcher for your fingers. Not sure if they increased blood flow but they do provide positive stimulation to those tissues.
