Excellent for baking and roasting veggies
It was smaller than I expected, there were no dimensions mentioned in the ad, also It had no rim around the edges, it is a flat stone. However, after I had used it I realized that it is an excellent tool for the kitchen. I roasted vegetables on it which came out much better than on the aluminum sheet I used before. No need for tedious turning because they browned evenly from both sides. I also baked a yeast cake (Christmas Stollen) on it and it came out higher than on the cookie sheets I used before, and it baked more evenly. All in all I am glad I have it.
