Opened but New Dell M797K Black Toner Cartridge 2230d

Great product for the price! I did experience an issue with partially gray pages after I put in the new cartridge. Simply cleaning the rubber print roller with a soft damp cloth along with the removable part the toner cartridge snaps into resolved the issue and now I get perfectly printed pages. This is especially important if you have taken out the prior toner and shaken it because the toner powder will get into the crevices and end up right back onto the print roller, causing your pages to print out with a gray background.
