    Item as described. A little oil and Scotch Brite Pad and seems to operate fine. Now need to find some tubing. Shipping took longer than it should and the box was tore up bad. The bender could have fell out but it did not. Only came a few miles not across country.About 200 miles and it took a week to get it. USPS can be bad sometimes.
