Pricey but worth it
Probably the best gearbox/transfer case oil on the market. Lasts twice as long as standard oil which makes the price tag a little easier to reconcile

Better Value than the Marine version
My old Marine CTEK charger died. I spoke to CTEK customer support who said that the 3.8 was both a better and cheaper charger. As long as it wasn't likely to be openly exposed to a marine environment it would be worth considering. So i did. As with all CTEK chargers it works perfectly and maintains my starter battery without missing a beat.
However... Anyone considering installing a 3.8 in their boat be aware, one thing they didn't tell me was the 3.8 doesn't come with the huge length of cable the Marine version does, probably about 500mm as opposed to about 3m. My Electrics cabinet is very close to my engine bay, but still not close enough. I had to extend the charge wire.
