I was have horrible gut pain with everything I ate. I began taking it and it helped immensely. I began working with a naturopath and am happy to say along with diet and additional supplements my gut is nearly healed. Iโm now taking one capsule per meal and will soon be taking it as needed. This product took away the a lot of the pain and discomfort in my gut and allowed me to properly heal
