  When I got my sign and unpacked it from all the foam around it, we found a piece that was broken off. I notified the seller and was able to send it back and get a new replacement very quickly. Fair price, fast response time on messages and shipping. The time taken in packaging to make sure I received the item was above and beyond what I expected.
