    This is such a lovely doll, as shown on the photos and I have had a brilliant experience buying from this seller: excellent communication, instant dispatch and postage (the doll arrived literally the next day) and the doll was extremely well wrapped and double boxed for extra protection.     Very happy with the seller and the product, which was in pristine condition and well wrapped. Not so happy that it took longer than the suggested delivery window to get to me. There seemed a long delay after seller dropped it off at the parcel shop to it being actioned by Royal Mail. I wasn't in a hurry so it wasn't a problem but it might be worth reviewing the delivery system so that the delivery window is accurate going forward.

    The item that I bought was described as a ginger jar which it is not, but that does not matter as it’s easy to make a mistake. It arrived well packed and did not take long to come. The pot is very pretty and has been well looked after. It is well worth the money. Thank you.
