I dont like it, but it works in an emergency
it drips or accumulate in my mouth instead of staying in place and then I was swollowing it and it was bothering my throat, I figured out that I needed to spit it out as it accumulated. Anbesol maximum strenth is better. I havent tried the Oralgel 4 x, Im wondering if the 3x oragel is the knock off of oragel 4x.

It works great, just harder to apply
it works good, but the gel goes on better than cream. The taste is better than the 3x.
